Holistic Selenium is a dietary supplement containing organic selenium.

Ingredients: Bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), L-selenomethionine, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide).

The capsule is of plant origin and consists of wood cellulose.

The daily dose contains : 200 μg of selenium (364% of the reference intake values)

Directions for use for adults: 1 capsule a day.
