It causes a narrowing of the inflammation of the dilated vessels of the nasal mucosa, which leads to a reduction in the swelling of the mucosa and the release of mucus from the nose, paranasal sinuses and the tube connecting the middle ear and pharynx (Eustachian tubes). This allows free breathing through the nose. The therapeutic effect usually starts within 5 minutes and lasts 4-6 hours.

It is also given on the recommendation of a doctor to reduce the swelling of the mucous membranes during diagnostic procedures in the nose. Sanorin 0.5 ‰ can be given to children over 3 years of age and can be used by adolescents and adults. If you do not feel better within 3 days or if you become overweight, you must consult a doctor.

Ingredients
The active substance is naphazolini nitras 0.005 g in 10 ml (corresponding to naphazolini nitras 27.2 μg in one drop).
The other ingredients are boric acid E284, edamine, methylparaben E218, purified water.

Způsobuje zúžení zánětem rozšířených cév nosní sliznice, což vede ke zmenšení otoku sliznice a uvolnění hlenu z nosu, vedlejších nosních dutin a trubice spojující střední ucho a hltan (Eustachovy trubice). Tím je umožněno volné dýchání nosem. Léčebný účinek nastupuje zpravidla do 5 minut a přetrvává 4-6 hodin.
