Dosage: At least once a day 8 ml (1 tablespoon), in case of illness or other weakening of the body, it is recommended to double the daily dose. To show the beneficial effects of the product in full force, take 4 weeks (28 days), then stop for the same time and then repeat the peel.

Consume the recommended minimum daily dose of oil either directly (it has a pleasant hazelnut taste) or add to salads or other cold dishes.
External, cosmetic use: rub 2 to 3 times a day into the skin (after the morning and evening bath) in the same way as you are used to with classic cosmetic creams. It has excellent moisturizing properties, suitable for all skin types, especially for sensitive and overdried skin.

Dávkování: Minimálně 1x denně 8 ml (1 polévkovou lžíci), v případě nemoci nebo jiného oslabení organizmu se doporučuje denní dávku zdvojnásobit. Aby se blahodárné účinky výrobku projevily v plné síle, užívat 4 týdny (28 dní), poté na stejnou dobu vysadit a následně kůru opakovat.

Doporučenou minimální denní dávku oleje konzumuvat buď přímo (má příjemnou oříškovou chuť) nebo přidávat do salátů či jiných studených jídel.
Vnější, kosmetické užití: 2 až 3x denně vtírat do pokožky (po ranní a večerní koupeli) stejným způsobem, jak jste zvyklí u klasických kosmetických krémů. Má vynikající hydratační vlastnosti, vhodný na všechny typy pleti, zejména pak na pleť citlivou a přesušenou.
