COLLAGEN
Collagen is the basic building protein of connective tissues. Type I and II collagen is found in the human body, especially in cartilage, ligaments, tendons, bones and skin. The human body contains up to 30% collagen. Collagen degradation is considered to be one of the main causes of the signs of aging.

Collagen is added to RIVA-FLEX in hydrolyzed form, ie broken down into its building amino acids (collagen peptides). Hydrolysis reduces the molecular weight of collagen, facilitates its absorption, and significantly increases its utilization by the body.

HYALURONIC ACID
Hyaluronic acid (HA) occurs in humans mainly in the form of sodium salt (sodium hyaluronate, hyaluronan), especially in the connective tissues: cartilage, bones, skin, etc.

The biological functions of HA include:

increases the elasticity of cartilage (binds water to itself)
suppresses inflammation, destroys free oxygen radicals, promotes cell renewal in joints

MSM
MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) is a slow-acting drug for osteoarthritis. MSM is known as a substance with anti-inflammatory effects, slightly alleviates pain and swelling of joints and muscles.

GLUCOSAMINE SULPHATE

The high quality cranberry extract we use comes from the Canadian cranberry Vaccinium macrocarpon, and is certified for 7% proanthocyanin content. Proanthocyanins support the body’s overall antioxidant capacity.
