The basis of the tincture is Chinese herbs or yao.

Excessive stress or injury will disrupt the Qi flow in the elbow paths. In these places, the pathways are relatively narrowed, making them more prone to Xue Yu (blood blockages). The stagnation of Qi may gradually turn into the more chronic stagnation of Xue Yu’s blood.

Recommended dosage
It is a good idea to shake the tincture before use. Slight turbidity is normal. The daily dose is 1 drop per 1 kg of body weight. Divide the daily dose into two parts – morning and evening. Ie. for example, if you weigh 70 kg, you will get 35 drops in the morning and 35 drops in the evening. Then the tincture will last you for about 15 days.
