Glucosamine is the main component of joint cartilage and synovial fluid. The cartilage substance in the joints and the spine in particular needs the body’s own cartilage component for continuous renewal. Chondroitin, another joint component, has the ability to store water in the connective tissue, which has a beneficial effect on the elasticity of the entire cartilage tissue.
