Psyllium – plant plantain (Plantago ovata)
Glucomannan (konjac mannan)

Instructions for preparation
3 times a day 10 g before meals.

Mix 2 teaspoons (10 g) of psyllium fit & slim in 100 ml of water and thoroughly drink another, at least 250 – 300 ml of water. It is recommended to take psyllium fit & slim before meals. You can also add psyllium fit & slim to various dishes, milkshakes or yoghurts. Always remember to drink another glass of water or other liquid. Psyllium fit & slim is not addictive.
