Dr. Popov Psyllium is a soluble fiber originating in India. It softens the stool and increases its volume, thus leading to correct and easier emptying. It supports proper fat metabolism and helps maintain proper cholesterol levels. You can also use psyllium in soups, sauces or yoghurts. Gluten free.

Dosage and method of use

Stir 1 to 2 teaspoons of the product in the morning, or even in the evening in 250 ml of water.
Drink more liquid thoroughly. The maximum daily dose is 5 teaspoons.

The product consists of Plantago ovata psyllium (cleaned containers of Indian plantain seed) in the highest possible quality – purity 98%.
