Prospan, (35 mg / 5 ml), syrup, 200 ml

Prospan is an expectorant medicinal product for use in wet (productive) cough with residual discharge. The drug facilitates the liquefaction and transport of mucus from the respiratory tract. Prospan contains dry ivy extract (rich in triterpene saponins), which has several therapeutic effects, such as secretolytic and expectorant effects, and gently relaxes the bronchial musculature (pasmolytic),
reduces the viscosity of mucus, hydrates the mucus in the respiratory epithelium leading, among others, to increase the movement of the cilia.
Prospan relieves a wet cough.

zmniejsza lepkość śluzu, uwadniają śluz nabłonka oddechowego prowadząc m.in. do zwiększenia ruchu rzęsek.
