This Aromanoctis sleep spray from Pranarôm is a 100% natural aromatherapy methole which allows you to relax and promote good sleep.

AROMANOCTIS Sleep Spray is used at bedtime for complete relaxation and restful sleep.

Sprayed in the air or on textiles, the essential oils of small grain bigarade, tangerine and noble chamomile in the formula are known to facilitate falling asleep, relaxation and prevent night awakenings and negative thoughts.

During the night the amount of sleep is reduced by difficulty falling asleep, nocturnal awakenings, waking up too early in the morning.

Sleep is experienced as light and not restful. The next day is difficult with complaints of fatigue, drowsiness, irritability, and is often accompanied by mood disturbances.

There are various explanations for sleep disorders:

100 ml ready-to-use aerosol.

In Atmosphere: 15 minutes before bedtime, spray for 4 seconds in each corner of the bedroom.
On bed linen: 15 minutes before bedtime, spray for 4 seconds at 20cm on the sheet below the pillow, on the collar of pajamas, on a handkerchief placed near the pillow.

You can combine sprays or alternate.

Suitable for adults, pregnant women and children from 1 year old.

Dans l’atmosphere : 15 minutes avant le coucher, vaporisez pendant 4 secondes dans chaque coin de la chambre.
Sur le linge de lit : 15 minutes avant le coucher, vaporisez pendant 4 secondes a 20cm sur le drap en-dessous de l’oreiller, sur le col d’un pyjama, sur un mouchoir place a proximite de l’oreiller.

Vous pouvez combiner les vaporisations ou alterner.

Convient aux adultes, femmes enceintes et aux enfants des 1 an.
