The styrofoam sole supports the back half of the foot. The front half of the sole is cut so that the operated forefoot is not in contact with the pad when walking. The shoe is indicated for conditions after orthopedic surgery in the forefoot area (hallux valgus, hallux rigidus, digiti malei) and for diabetic foot syndrome. Provides relief and stabilization of the entire forefoot. Fastening on the instep can be adapted for both right and left design. The corrective bandage protecting the postoperative wound remains intact, which ensures peace for wound healing.
