Oyster mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus) extract with 30% polysaccharide for optimal effect.

Dosage and use
Adults take 2-3 capsules daily, 5 days a week and a 2 day break, or 3 weeks every day and a 1 week break. Children from 3 years of age take 1 capsule daily. The capsules are recommended to be taken 20 minutes before meals, with still water or tea. The powder can be poured from the capsule into the drink and drunk.
