USE

1 stick (10g) 3 times a day, before or after each of the three meals. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
Mix well in a liquid or semi-liquid support (water, yogurt, cottage cheese, fruit juice, soy milk, etc….).
Ovamine is a foodstuff and should not be taken as a meal replacement.
To be consumed as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
