Orthomol Nemuri® should only be taken after consulting a doctor when taking drugs to treat depression (e.g. monoamine oxidase inhibitors, serotonin reuptake inhibitors) and sleep disorders, as well as when taking drugs against Parkinson’s disease (e.g. levodopa).
Taking Orthomol Nemuri® together with alcohol and taking it before actively driving, operating machines or working without a secure footing is not recommended.
Orthomol Nemuri® should not be used during pregnancy, breastfeeding or in children and adolescents.
Orthomol Nemuri® contains carbohydrates; in the case of glucose tolerance disorders, use only under careful metabolic control. The carbohydrates contained (3.9 g per daily portion) are readily available.
The recommended daily portion must not be exceeded.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Eat a healthy lifestyle.
Keep out of reach of small children.
Orthomol Nemuri® is lactose and gluten free.
Store Orthomol Nemuri® preferably in a cool and dry place.

Bei der Einnahme von Arzneimitteln zur Behandlung von Depressionen (z. B. Monoaminooxidasehemmer, Serotoninwiederaufnahmehemmer) und Schlafstorungen sowie bei der Einnahme von Arzneimitteln gegen Parkinson (z. B. Levodopa) sollte Orthomol Nemuri® nur nach Rucksprache mit dem Arzt eingenommen werden.
Die Einnahme von Orthomol Nemuri® zusammen mit Alkohol und die Einnahme vor der aktiven Teilnahme am Stra?enverkehr, dem Bedienen von Maschinen oder Arbeiten ohne sicheren Halt sind nicht zu empfehlen.
Orthomol Nemuri® sollte nicht in der Schwangerschaft, Stillzeit und bei Kindern und Jugendlichen eingesetzt werden.
Orthomol Nemuri® enthalt Kohlenhydrate, bei Storungen der Glucosetoleranz nur unter sorgfaltiger Stoffwechselkontrolle verwenden. Die enthaltenen Kohlenhydrate (3,9 g pro Tagesportion) sind leicht verfugbar.
Die empfohlene Tagesportion darf nicht uberschritten werden.
Nahrungserganzungsmittel sollten nicht als Ersatz fur eine abwechslungsreiche und ausgewogene Ernahrung dienen. Achten Sie auf eine gesunde Lebensweise.
