Dietary supplement Optisaltabs fin contains potassium and magnesium. Magnesium and potassium are important intracellular minerals. They help in the proper functioning of the cardiovascular and nervous systems and in the proper functioning of muscles. Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Plays a role in the process of cell division. It helps in the proper synthesis of proteins and in maintaining proper psychological functions. Potassium also helps maintain normal blood pressure.

Usage:

2 tablets 3 times a day, 2 tablets in the morning, at noon and in the evening during a meal.

Composition:

Tripotassium citrate monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose (anti-caking agent), magnesium salts of citric acid, magnesium stearate (component of the coating), acidity regulators: anhydrous citric acid, ascorbic acid.
In 6 tablets (% of the recommended daily intake): potassium 600 mg (30%), magnesium 125 mg (33%).
