Opokan Actigel, 10% (100 mg / g), gel, 50 g, tube

Opokan Actigel is a painkiller and anti-inflammatory gel for use on the skin. The medicinal product contains naproxen from the group of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) applied topically, reduces muscle and joint pain after injuries, spine or accompanying osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis.
The active substance is naproxen.
1 g of gel contains 100 mg of naproxen (as sodium naproxen).
Excipients: dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), ethanol 96%, propylene glycol, hydroxypropyl cellulose, purified water.
Dosage
Always use this medicine exactly as described in the package leaflet or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
The gel is applied to the skin, topically. If symptoms worsen or there is no improvement after 7 days of taking the drug, you should contact your doctor. Dosage of Opokan Actigel in adults and children over 3 years of age is approx. 5 cm of squeezed drug strip applied to the sore spot, on previously cleansed and dried skin. The gel should be gently massaged into the skin 4 or 5 times a day. The maximum daily dose is 500 mg of naproxen, i.e. about 25 cm of a gel strip. Wash your hands after using the medicine.

Opokan Actigel to lek przeciwbólowy i przeciwzapalny w postaci żelu do stosowania na skórę. Produkt leczniczy zawiera w składzie naproksen z grupy niesteroidowych leków przeciwzapalnych (NLPZ) stosowany miejscowo zmniejsza bóle mięśni i stawów po urazach, kręgosłupa czy towarzyszące chorobie zwyrodnieniowej stawów oraz reumatoidalnemu zapaleniu stawów.
Substancją czynną leku jest naproksen.
1 g żelu zawiera 100 mg naproksenu (w postaci napnoksenu sodowego).
Substancje pomocnicze: dimetylosulfotlenek (DMSO), etanol 96%, glikol propylenowy, hydroksypropyloceluloza, wodę oczyszczoną.
Dawkowanie
Ten lek należy zawsze stosować dokładnie tak, jak to opisano w ulotce dla pacjenta lub według zaleceń lekarza lub farmaceuty. W razie wątpliwości należy zwrócić się do lekarza lub farmaceuty.
Żel podaje się na skórę, miejscowo. Jeśli objawy nasilą się lub nie ma poprawy po 7 dniach stosowania leku, należy skontaktować się z lekarzem. Dawkowanie Opokanu Actigel u osób dorosłych oraz dzieci w wieku powyżej 3 lat to ok. 5 cm wyciśniętego paska leku aplikowanego na bolące miejsce, na wcześniej oczyszczoną i osuszoną skórę. Żel należy delikatnie wmasowywać w skórę 4 lub 5 razy dziennie. Maksymalna dawka dobowa to 500 mg naproksenu, czyli około 25 cm paska żelu. Po zastosowaniu leku należy umyć ręce.
