Use / application / recommended intake:
Stir 1 sachet of OMNi-BiOTiC® metabolic (= 3 g) into 1/8 l of water once a day, wait for at least 1 minute of activation time, stir again and then drink. It is recommended to take it in the morning before breakfast or in the evening just before going to bed.
