Dosage and method of use

Take 1 tablet once a day.

Ingredients

Each tablet contains: 12 mg lutein, 1 mg zeaxanthin (velvet extract), 60 mg vitamin C (ascorbic acid), 8.8 mg vitamin E (alpha tocopherol acetate), zinc (zinc oxide) 5 mg, selenium (yeast) enriched in selenium) 20 mg.
