Product dosing
Take 2 capsules once a day in the morning at breakfast. Drink with liquid, preferably water or tea. We recommend repeating the treatment during the year.

Product composition
The product contains wheat extract, fish gelatin, caramel, natural citrus extract, horsetail extract, natural vitamin E, vitamin PP (vitamin B3), zinc oxide, silica, magnesium salts of fatty acids, vitamin B5, B6, B2 and B8.
