Contraindications: use consult a doctor

Dosage: 7-15 g of herb (according to the severity of health problems), put in a pot with 1 liter of water, bring to a boil and cook on low heat for 20-30 minutes, then drain and possibly dilute according to current personal daily fluid intake.
