Nasal spray ratiopharm children, 10 ml

NasenSpray-ratiopharm® children from 2 to 6 years of age is an agent for use in the nose (rhinological agent) and contains the alpha-sympathomimetic xylometazoline. Xylometazoline has vasoconstricting properties and thus causes the mucous membrane to decongest. ratiopharm NasenSpray® is a tried and tested product without preservatives that reliably clears the blocked nose when you have a cold. It should not be used for more than a week so that there is no habituation effect.

Dosage and instructions for use:
Before using the device for the first time, perform a few pumping operations until a uniform spray is produced. The dosing spray is immediately ready for use for all other applications.

It is advisable to blow your nose thoroughly before using the preparation.
After removing the protective cap, insert the spray opening into the nostril and pump once. Breathe in gently through your nose while spraying.
After use, carefully wipe the nasal tube with a clean paper tissue and put the protective cap back on. The last application on each day of treatment should preferably be done before bedtime.
For reasons of hygiene and to avoid the transmission of pathogens, each dosage spray should only be used by one and the same person.
Unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor, the recommended dose is: For children aged 2 – 6 years, 1 spray of NasenSpray-ratiopharm® is applied to each nostril as required – but no more than 3 times a day.

NasenSpray-ratiopharm® Kinder von 2 bis 6 Jahren ist ein Mittel zur Anwendung in der Nase (Rhinologikum) und enthält das Alpha-Sympathomimetikum Xylometazolin. Xylometazolin hat gefäßverengende Eigenschaften und bewirkt dadurch eine Schleimhautabschwellung. ratiopharm NasenSpray® ist ein bewährtes Mittel ohne Konservierungsstoffe, das bei Schnupfen die verstopfte Nase zuverlässig frei macht. Die Anwendung sollte höchstens eine Woche betragen, damit kein Gewöhnungseffekt einsetzt.

Dosierung und Anwendungshinweise:
Führen Sie vor dem erstmaligen Gebrauch einige Pumpvorgänge durch, bis ein gleichmäßiger Sprühnebel entsteht. Bei allen weiteren Anwendungen ist das Dosierspray sofort gebrauchsfertig.

Es empfiehlt sich, vor der Anwendung des Präparates die Nase gründlich zu schneuzen.
Nach Abnehmen der Schutzkappe die Sprühöffnung in das Nasenloch einführen und einmal pumpen. Während des Sprühvorgangs leicht durch die Nase einatmen.
Nach Gebrauch das Nasenrohr mit einem sauberen Papiertaschentuch sorgfältig abwischen und die Schutzkappe wieder aufsetzen. Die letzte Anwendung an jedem Behandlungstag sollte günstigerweise vor dem Zubettgehen erfolgen.
Aus hygienischen Gründen und zur Vermeidung einer Übertragung von Krankheitserregern sollte jedes Dosierspray immer nur von ein und derselben Person verwendet werden.
Falls vom Arzt nicht anders verordnet, beträgt die empfohlene Dosis: Bei Kindern im Alter von 2 – 6 Jahren wird nach Bedarf – jedoch höchstens bis zu 3-mal täglich – je 1 Sprühstoß NasenSpray-ratiopharm® in jede Nasenöffnung eingebracht.
