1 capsule contains 200 mg of milk thistle + REISHI [dried milk thistle powder 60 mg and milk thistle extract 40 mg, reishi mushroom powder (Ganoderma lucidum) 75 mg, dried elderberry powder (Sambucus nigra) 25 mg] containing 31 ± 2 mg of silymarin and 16.60 mg of ß-glucans ± 0.6%.

Recommended dosage
