Active ingredients
Melatonin contributes to alleviating the subjective feeling of fatigue due to the time lag (a beneficial effect is obtained by consuming at least 0.5 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and several days after arrival at the destination). Melatonin helps to reduce the time needed for sleep (a beneficial effect is achieved by consuming 1 mg of melatonin at bedtime).

Product composition
The daily dose of 1/2 tablet contains: microcrystalline cellulose 146 mg, melatonin 2.5 mg, magnesium stearate 1 mg, talc 0.5 mg.

What to watch out for
The product is not intended for pregnant and lactating women. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. The product is not intended to be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet. Keep out of reach of children! Not intended for children and adolescents under 18 years.

Recommended dosage
1/2 tablet once a day before bedtime. The tablet should be swallowed with a sufficient amount of fluid
