Each capsule contains 500 mg of extra pure fish oil, of which min. 90% omega-3 unsaturated fatty acids , ie min. 450 mg.

Recommended dosage

1 capsule a day , just drink a glass of your favorite drink. Not intended for children under 3 years. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. The food supplement is not intended to be used as a substitute for a varied diet. In case of blood clotting disorders, consult your doctor.
