Maitake is a pathogenic parasitic fungus with fruiting bodies, which has the form of a large tuft, which consists of legs with up to many hundreds of fused hats. The Maitake fruiting body thus reaches a width of up to 100 cm. It grows at the bases of trees and stumps.

Ingredients in 1 capsule: Maitake, psoriasis, Grifola frondosa, 100% pure extract 500 mg. Excipients: without excipients, additives and preservatives.
Nutritional information per 100 g: Energy value 1349kJ / 319kcal. Fats <0.3 g of which saturated fatty acids <0.1 g, Carbohydrates 44.0 g of which sugars 6.0 g, Fiber 16.6 g, Protein 17.3 g, Salt <0.1 g.

Recommended dosage and use

Increased dose: 3 – 10 capsules a day (it is advisable to consult a doctor or a Chinese medicine practitioner).
Usual dose: 1 – 2 capsules a day.
We recommend taking it always 5 days a week and skipping 2 days.
Take the capsules on an empty stomach (at least 30 minutes before or 60 minutes after a meal), drink water or weak green tea.
