Magnesium Chelate + B6 P-5-P, 120

MyVita Silver contains highly absorbable magnesium bisglycinate and vitamin B6 P-5-P, which have been enclosed in vege capsules made of vegetable cellulose, without the use of dyes. Magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, support the maintenance of proper energy metabolism and psychological functions. Magnesium also contributes to the maintenance of healthy bones and teeth and helps in the proper formation of connective tissues. In contrast, vitamin B6 helps in the proper production of red blood cells and the regulation of hormonal activity.

Application
The supplement supplements the diet with magnesium and vitamin B6.

Ingredients
Magnesium bisglycinate (magnesium amino acid chelate), 8.5 mg L-leucine, pyridoxal 5′-phosphate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (plant cellulose coating).

The daily dose (3 capsules) contains:

1800 mg magnesium diglycinate, of which magnesium 200 mg (53%) *, vitamin B6 4.2 mg (300%) *.

Recommended intake
3 capsules a day with water.
