Magnesiocard 7.5 mmol. Active ingredient: magnesium aspartate hydrochloride. Areas of application: Treatment of magnesium deficiency states in need of therapy that do not require injection / infusion. Proven magnesium deficiency if it is the cause of disorders in muscle activity (neuromuscular disorders, calf cramps). Notes: contains aspartame, sodium and potassium compounds.

Children:
Children under the age of 9 should receive lower dosage forms of Magnesiocard, but children under the age of 4 should only be consulted with the doctor, as there is insufficient experience for this age group.

Taking other medicines: Magnesiocard 7.5 mmol:
Please tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking or have recently taken any other medicines, even if they are non-prescription medicines. The effect of the medicinal products or groups of preparations mentioned below can be influenced by simultaneous treatment with Magnesiocard 7.5 mmol. Certain antibiotics (tetracyclines) and sodium fluoride preparations should be taken at a time of 3-4 hours at intervals of 7.5 mmol to Magnesiocard to avoid mutual impairment of the absorption into the blood.

Pregnancy and breast feeding period:
Magnesiocard 7.5 mmol can be used during pregnancy and lactation.

Driving and using machines:
There are no special precautions required.

Important information about certain other ingredients of Magnesiocard 7.5 mmol:
One effervescent tablet contains 12.5 mg aspartame as a source of phenylalanine (equivalent to 7 mg / dose) and can be harmful if you have phenylketonuria. One effervescent tablet contains 2.6 mmol (100 mg) potassium and 6 mmol (138 mg) sodium. If you suffer from impaired kidney function or are on a controlled potassium (low-potassium) diet and / or a low-salt diet, you should take this into account.
