Use / application / recommended intake:
The recommended daily intake is three capsules. The capsules should be swallowed whole with some liquid before or with a meal. Before taking it for the first time and if it deviates from the recommended use, the doctor in charge must be consulted in any case. Make sure you have a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Ingredients:
L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), DL-a-tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E), gelatin, humectant: glycerin, rapeseed oil, Tagetes erecta extract (0.59% lutein, 0.12% zeaxanthin), zinc oxide, copper sulfate, coconut oil ( Partially hardened), emulsifier: soy lecithins, color: iron oxides and iron hydroxides.
