Loratadin
The active substance in Loratadine-ratiopharm 10 mg, a substance that prevents the action of histamine and thus the development of allergic reactions.
Loratadine at the usual therapeutic doses has no sedative effect on the nervous system, therefore it does not affect psychomotor performance and does not cause drowsiness
Loratadine-ratiopharm 10 mg is used to treat allergic rhinitis, suppresses its symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, itchy nose, itchy and burning eyes.
It is also used to treat the symptoms of chronic urticaria, such as itching, redness and skin rash
Loratadine-ratiopharm 10 mg can be used by adults, adolescents and children from 2 years of age weighing more than 30 kg
Dosage
Adults and children from 12 years of age: 10 mg once a day, tablets can be taken with or without food
Children from 2 to 12 years of age weighing more than 30 kg: 10 mg once a day
Children 2 to 12 years of age weighing less than 30 kg: 10 mg tablets are not suitable for children weighing less than 30 kg

Loratadin v obvyklých léčebných dávkách nemá tlumivý (sedativni) účinek na nervový systém, proto neovlivňuje psychomotorickou výkonnost a nezpůsobuje ospalost
Loratadin-ratiopharm 10 mg se užívá při léčbě alergické rýmy, tlumí její příznaky, jako je kýchání, výtok z nosu, svědění v nose, svědění a pálení očí
Dále se užívá při léčbě příznaků chronické kopřivky, jako je svědění, zarudnutí a vyrážka na kůži
Loratadin-ratiopharm 10 mg mohou užívat dospělí, mladiství a děti od 2 let s hmotnosti vyšší než 30 kg
Dávkování
Dospělí a děti od 12 let: 10 mg jednou denně, tablety mohou být užívány nezávisle na jídle
Děti od 2 do 12 let s hmotností vyšší než 30 kg: 10 mg jednou denně
Děti od 2 do 12 let s hmotnosti nižší než 30 kg: tablety o síle 10 mg nejsou vhodné pro děti s tělesnou hmotností nižší než 30 kg
