Walmark Lecithin Forte in capsule form is a dietary supplement. Soybean lecithin is a phospholipid and is one of the basic building blocks of the cell membranes of all living organisms. It occurs in high concentrations in important tissues such as the brain, liver, heart, muscles or nerve fibers. It is an important natural source of linoleic acid.

Linoleic acid helps maintain the right level of cholesterol in the blood (a beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 10 g of linoleic acid).

Dosage and method of use
Take 1-2 capsules daily, during or after a meal, with a drink.
For maximum effect, take regularly every day.

Ingredients
The daily dose (= 1 capsule) contains Lecithin (linoleic acid content: min. 359.0 mg) 1325.0 mg.

Ingredients: soy lecithin, gelatin, moisturizer (glycerin).
