Instructions for use:

• Bath crystals: Add to the running bath water (36°C – 38°C) and dissolve completely. Bath time: 15 – 20 minutes.
• Bath essence: For a full bath, add the bath oil to the running bath water (36°C – 38°C) and enjoy the bath for 15 – 20 minutes. Enough for 1 to 2 baths.
