JODID 200, 100

Iodide is a trace element that is required both for the formation of thyroid hormones and for normal thyroid function. It is normally ingested with food; high concentrations are found in fish and marine animals and in dairy products. Insufficient iodine supply can lead to reduced production of thyroid hormones and the development of goiter, even in the unborn child. Potassium iodide, the active ingredient in iodide tablets, can compensate for an insufficient iodine supply.

Dosage and instructions for use:
To prevent iodine deficiency goitre when your diet-related iodine supply is insufficient:
50-100 micrograms iodide / day for infants and children 100-200 micrograms iodide / day for adolescents and adults 100-200 micrograms iodide / day for pregnant women and nursing mothers (one tablet of iodide 200 micrograms corresponds to 200 micrograms daily, for doses less than 200 micrograms tablets with a lower active ingredient content are available.)

Iodid ist ein Spurenelement, das sowohl für die Bildung von Schilddrüsenhormonen als auch für eine normale Schilddrüsenfunktion erforderlich ist. Es wird normalerweise mit der Nahrung aufgenommen, hohe Konzentrationen findet man in Fisch und Meerestieren und in Milchprodukten. Dosierung und Anwendungshinweise:
Zur Vorbeugung eines Iodmangelkropfes, wenn Ihre ernährungsbedingte Iodversorgung unzureichend ist:
50 – 100 Mikrogramm Iodid/Tag für Säuglinge und Kinder 100 – 200 Mikrogramm Iodid/Tag für Jugendliche und Erwachsene 100 – 200 Mikrogramm Iodid/Tag für Schwangere und stillende Mütter (Eine Tablette Jodid 200 Mikrogramm entspricht 200 Mikrogramm täglich, für Dosierungen kleiner 200 Mikrogramm stehen Tabletten mit geringerem Wirkstoffgehalt zur Verfügung.)
