Jarrow Formulas® Inositol is easily absorbed and used to produce active inositides as needed. Various forms of inositol (phosphatidylinositol and inositol such as IP3) are active in communication between cells (eg, in the transmission of nerve impulses). The affected tissues include the brain, liver, and muscles. Inositol (also called myo-inositol) is an indirect source of glucuronic acid, which is essential for liver detoxification.

Dosage

Take 1/4 teaspoon (600 mg), preferably dissolved in a liquid or as directed by a qualified healthcare professional.
