Inositol is a B vitamin that occurs naturally in the human body mainly in the form of myo-inositol, which is part of cell membranes.
D-chiro-inositol is formed by conversion from myo-inositol and enters specific cellular processes.

Ingredients
Each capsule contains 550 mg myo-inositol, 13.8 mg D-chiro-inositol and 200 listg folic acid.

Recommended dosage
The recommended daily dose – take 2 capsules (1100 mg myo-inositol and 27.6 mg D-chiro-inositol) with water.
