Citrus fruit pulp containing vitamin C (ascorbic acid), yeast * containing selenium (sodium selenate), baccateria strain Lactobacillus bulgaricus containing zinc (zinc chloride), bacterial strain Bacillus Coagulans LMG 6326, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule shell).

1-2 capsules daily with water.

Do not exceed the maximum amount of 1 serving (2 capsules) a day.
