Barny’s Hypnox Melatonin is a dietary supplement containing a mixture of herbal extracts, B vitamins, green tea extract and melatonin.

Melatonin helps to alleviate the subjective feeling of fatigue due to the time lag and to reduce the time required for sleep.
Vitamin B1 contributes to normal mental activity and to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
Vitamins B2, B3 and B6 contribute to the reduction of fatigue and exhaustion.
Vitamin B12 helps reduce fatigue and exhaustion and normal mental activity.
Valerian promotes healthy sleep and mental health.
Lemon balm promotes emotional comfort and healthy sleep.
Rotating hops promote healthy sleep and have a calming effect.
Passion fruit promotes emotional comfort, mental health and healthy sleep.
Narrow-leaved lavender promotes healthy sleep and relaxation.
Green tea is an antioxidant that promotes mental state.

Dosage and method of use
Recommended daily dosage: Adults take 1 capsule daily half an hour to 1 hour before bedtime. The capsule is swallowed whole and drunk.

The beneficial effect is achieved by consuming 1 mg of melatonin at bedtime. A time-shifting beneficial effect is obtained with an intake of at least 0.5 mg, which should be taken shortly before bedtime on the first day of the journey and for several more days after arrival at the destination.
