Use / application / recommended intake:
One capsule daily with any meal. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. For adults only. Not suitable for children and teenagers.

Ingredients:
Soybean oil, gelatin, soybean oil (partially hardened), humectant glycerin, pyridoxine hydrochloride, stabilizer silicon dioxide, emulsifier lecithins (soybean), coloring ammonia caramel, folic acid, cyanocobalamin.
