Zinc is a hard, silvery-white metal with bluish highlights, practically insoluble in water and alcohol.

Key symptoms for prescribing the drug

• general fatigue, weakness;

• a feeling of pressure at the base of the nose preceding dizziness;

• left postovulatory pain in the ovary, relieved with the onset of menstruation;

• a feeling of stiffness and burning in the spine;

• severe pain in the lumbar region when walking, which intensifies when sitting;

• paresthesia (burning, tingling, goosebumps, itching) of various localizations.

Main clinical applications

Behavioral disorders

• difficulties at school or intellectual overstrain with memory impairment, constant agitation of the lower limbs;

• insomnia in anxious patients with restless legs syndrome;

• severe intolerance to wine or alcohol and often associated restless legs syndrome;

• restless legs syndrome.

Gynecology

• dysmenorrhea with painful premenstrual syndrome, pain in the left ovary, vulvar itching or leucorrhoea, improving with the onset of menstruation;

• premenstrual syndromes in which pain associated with venous lymphatic insufficiency predominates.
