Gymnastic ball Qmed Ø 85 cm – gray

Qmed is a large inflatable gymnastic ball. It is one of the standard equipment of fitness centers, where it can be used in aerobic exercises, stretching lessons such as Pilates or fitness training. However, there are also group exercises focused directly on exercises performed on gymballs. In addition to collective exercise, it is used by athletes in individual training, for example in combination with dumbbells. For many people, a gymnastic ball replaces a chair at home for the purpose of active sitting and maintaining proper posture or for stretching at home. They often help seniors and people suffering from back pain.
