Guareta® Slimlinea powder has a neutral taste and is intended to be mixed into a suitable dish . In this way, it significantly supports the reduction of the glycemic index of food and, with regular use of the recommended doses, helps to induce a feeling of satiety both during the diet regimen and during long-term weight control.
We also use it to change the texture of Guareta® puddings, when they become denser and are therefore suitable for gradual eating.

The fiber can be mixed into yoghurts, cottage cheese, snacks, breakfast cereals or fruit and vegetable juices and drunk just before meals.

Characteristics
Guareta® SlimLinea powder contains pure natural fiber from the Pakistani plant Cyamopsis four-lobed, which is called galactomannan guar. This fiber can cover the intestinal wall and at the same time mix with food by reducing the area for absorption of sugars, fats and bile acids. Through this mechanism, it helps maintain blood cholesterol levels.

Galactomannan guar.

Recommended dosage
Stir 2 teaspoons (5 g) 3 times a day in water in an amount of about 200 ml and drink immediately before each main meal.
