The capsules are made from an extract obtained from the guarana plant – Paullinia cupana. The extract is standardized for the content of natural caffeine.

Guarana supports weight regulation and fat metabolism , helps maintain normal physical and mental vitality . It affects the health of the immune system , energy and mild fatigue . Guarana contains a unique combination of caffeine, theobromine and theophylline. It is often given as a digestif after a meal.

Dosage

We take a maximum of 5 capsules a day, divided into doses as needed. One capsule contains the same amount of caffeine as a cup of weaker black coffee.
