Preparation of the infusion (applies to leaves, flowers and stems):

Preparation of decoction (applies to fruits, seeds, roots and bark):
One teaspoon is poured into 1/4 liter of cold water, brought to a boil and left to boil briefly. Allow to stand in a covered container for 15 minutes and drain. Decoction is always prepared fresh. Drink 1-2 times a day.
