Ingredients
Green clay: silicon, calcium, aluminum, iron, potassium, magnesium, titanium, sodium, glucopur, minerals (smectite, illite, chlorite, kaolinite, dolomite, calcite, quartz, feldspar).

Dosage
Pour 1 teaspoon of clay into 150 ml of water in the evening, mix and let it activate until the morning. For the first 3 days, drink only standing clay water every 15 minutes. before clay. From the morning of the 4th day, mix the water with the clay again and drink it on an empty stomach. Do not use metal utensils!
