Glossy cork is a fungus growing up to 30 cm in size. The fruiting body of the annual fungus is markedly shiny, cork-shaped, flat, resembling a fan or the shape of a kidney. It grows on trunks or stumps of deciduous trees. Glossy cork is a very popular fungus in traditional Chinese medicine; in earlier times, its use was only the prerogative of emperors, for whom it served as the elixir of youth.

It is suitable for supporting the natural defenses – the immune system, has an effect on blood cholesterol levels and is beneficial for the circulatory system.

Instructions for preparation and dosing
Fill one infusion bag with 250 ml of boiling water. Close the lid and leave to infuse at a temperature suitable for drinking. It can be boiled briefly to increase the effect. We use it twice a day.
