Use / application / consumption recommendation:
Consume 6 g galactose powder twice a day (= daily dose: 12 g). One level teaspoon corresponds to approx. 3 g. It is recommended to use it for at least 8-12 weeks. The powder can be mixed with dishes according to taste. Due to its relatively sweet taste, galactose is also suitable for sweetening dishes. For optimal absorption, dissolve the powder in 1/2 liter of water or fruit juice.
