Salus Floradix Iron + Plants 84 Tablets contains plant extracts, fruit juice concentrates, iron and vitamins.
- The organic iron (II) gluconate as iron and vitamins B2, B6 and B12 helps to reduce fatigue and to an energy metabolism normal.
- The iron participates in the formation of red blood cells (assisted by vitamins B6 and B12) and hemoglobin.
- The folic acid contributes to the normal growth of breast tissue during pregnancy .
- Floradix tablets contain an extract of selected plants and rose hips .
In prevention or treatment of iron deficiency and anemia . Pregnancy , breastfeeding , heavy periods , diets , may require iron supplementation. Chronic fatigue without reason, a pale complexion, excessive chilliness, susceptibility to infections, hair loss and streaked nails are the signs.
Directions for use and dosage
1 tablet per day about 30 minutes before breakfast and dinner. Coffee, tea, tetracyclines, antacids, dairy products, vitamin E decrease the absorption of iron. This is why after taking one of these substances, it is recommended to wait 2 hours before ingesting.
