Plant sterols contribute to normal blood cholesterol levels
Plant sterols help maintain normal blood cholesterol levels. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking at least 0.8 g of plant sterols per day. Specially purified fish oil contains 90% omega-3 unsaturated fatty acids, the most important of which are eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), which contribute to the normal functioning of the heart. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 250 mg of EPA and DHA per day.

Total composition of the capsule:
Plant sterols, specially purified fish oil , packaging: gelatin, thickener: glycerol, antioxidant: vitamin E (mixture of tocopherols), colorant: iron oxide yellow.

Recommended dosage:
2 capsules daily during meals. Drink enough water.
