eye q contains balanced ratios of omega-3 (EPA, DHA) and omega-6 (GLA) fatty acids with a high EPA content. The composition of the eye q preparation is based on natural oils , which are obtained from sea fish and evening primrose .
For the production of eye q
young sardines and anchovies from clean areas of the southern ocean are used, with an emphasis on ensuring the renewable nature of their natural occurrence.
Evening primrose oil is a natural oil obtained by cold pressing.
The oils contained in eye q meet the highest purity standards set by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the European Union.

The recommended daily starting amount (6 capsules) contains:
EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) 558 mg
DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) 174 mg
GLA (gamma-linolenic acid) 60 mg
The recommended daily maintenance amount (2 capsules) contains:
EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) 186 mg
DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) 58 mg
GLA (gamma-linolenic acid) 20 mg

Initial administration
At the first use of eye q, or after prolonged discontinuation, it is recommended that 6 capsules (2 × 3 capsules) be taken daily with food for the first 3 months for total body saturation.
Maintenance administration
After 3 months from the start, the administration can be reduced to 2 capsules a day.
