Ingredients
elettaria cardamomum, asparagus racemosus, withania somnifera, cinnamomum zeylanicum (bark), boerhaavia diffusa, glycyrrhiza glabra, cinnamomum zeylanicum (leaves), piper nigrum, zingiber officinale

Dosage
1 – 5 cups per day

Preparation
Let one teaspoon of the herbal mixture (approx. 2 g) boil for 3-5 minutes or pour 250 ml of boiling water and let it infuse for 10 minutes

Use
Himalayan herbs are traditionally boiled for at least 3-5 minutes if we use them as a means to optimize the body’s mental and physical functions. The decoction prepared in this way has a stronger effect, a softer taste and favorably affects our digestion, which is important for the proper absorption of beneficial extracts from Himalayan herbs. We drink teas as part of a daily drinking regime for the duration of the restoration of the desired functions of the body. In the case of cleansing herbal chicken, use tea for 1-3 months in accordance with the daily dosage indicated on the package. Leave a weekly break after consuming each pack.

Jednu čajovou lžičku bylinné směsi (cca 2 g) nechte 3 – 5 minut povařit nebo přelijte 250 ml vroucí vody a nechte 10 minut vyluhovat

Užívání
Himálajské byliny se tradičně nechávají alespoň 3–5 minut povařit v případě, že je používáme jako prostředek k optimalizaci duševních a tělesných funkcí organismu. Takto připravený odvar má silnější působení, jemnější chuť a příznivě ovlivňuje naše trávení, které je důležité pro správné vstřebávání prospěšných výtažků z himálajských bylin. Čaje pijeme jako součást denního pitného režimu po dobu trvání obnovy kýžených funkcí organismu. V případě očistné bylinné kury užívejte čaj po dobu 1-3 měsíců v souladu s denním dávkováním uvedeným na obalu. Ponechejte týdenní pauzu po spotřebování každého balení.
