Adults and children over 12 years: spray 1-2 puffs into each nostril 3 to 5 times a day.
Children from 6 to under 12 years: spray 1-2 puffs into each nostril 3 times a day.
Children from 2 to under 6 years: spray 1 spray into each nostril 3 times a day.

Duration of treatment
Homeopathic medicines should also not be used for long periods without medical advice.

If you forget to use the medicine
Do not use a double dose to make up for a forgotten dose.

Dauer der Behandlung
